You'll start by going to that homeowner's account in Vantaca, and going to their Login page
Homeowners>Login
On that page, you'll click the Mimic button, which will take you to that owner's Dashboard on the Portal.
This front page is where you would find the information for whether or not an owner is set up with Recurring Payments. Since there's nothing stating Recurring Payments on Ronald Reagan's portal Dashboard, we know he's not setup for Recurring Payments, so what does the page look like when an owner is set up?
You would see their upcoming assessments, and below that you'll be able to see if they have one scheduled. You may also click the link "View Recurring Payments" to see what they have scheduled.
This is good information to know when that community is changing the Assessment charge amount. Any owner set up with a recurring payment will need to edit their recurring payments on the portal in order to ensure the amount being paid is equal to the new charge amount. The scheduled Recurring Payments will not automatically change when the Assessment amount changes in Vantaca.
