FAQ - GL Mapping During Onboard

 Question: When can we do a GL mapping and make changes to our chart of accounts?

It is advised that your team does not make any changes during the conversion process. Assessment set up stems from the model chart of accounts. You'll set up assessment on the model and then be able to copy them across to associations ( and then make association specific changes) changing the GL's would cause confusion and make auditing more difficult. It would be in your best interest to save any GL changes until after go live! We have great tools like  (merging GL's) that can help you after conversion.
