Objective: Understand how to select reports and statements to be included in the Financial Delivery Action Item.
***Note: This article will describe the the standard configuration for a financial devilry action item.
In the standard Financial Delivery Action item, reports and statements will be attached to the action item on the Account Review step. To customize which reports are included in the Financial Delivery Action item (and in what order), click the hamburger menu, then select Reports.
Next, ensure the only reports that you wish to include have the corresponding boxes checked. Click in the Order Number column to change the order of reports. "1" will appear in the financial package first, the "2", "3", etc. When satisfied with which reports to include, click the Save Changes button.
To include any documents from the Association Document Library (for example: Bank Statement), Select Documents instead of Reports in the above step. Here you can review and set the File Path as well the order of Documents to include.
***Note: The Output checkbox will allow automatic posting of any existing attachment that is selected on this step -- not commonly used in this scenario.
