Objective: Provide an overview of the Homeowners Ledger screen with links to separate articles for each section of the ledger
Navigate to the Homeowner Ledger by selecting Homeowners > Ledger. To select different owner, click the owners Name or Account Number at the top of the page. From here, you may select another associations and search for specific homeowners to select and view.
There are several different Tabs on the Homeowner Ledger that help you navigate.

When navigating to a homeowner ledger, you will land on the Summary tab of the ledger. The Summary tab displays all transaction types on the account and any balance associated with them. Drill down into each type individually to see the history of all charges and payments to that transaction type as seen below.
Adjustments to the owners ledger can be performed on the Summary tab. New charges, new payments, charge or payment adjustments can be performed from this menu. A homeowner Transaction History Report can be generated for viewing or download directly from this screen as well. All of these functions are performed by using the corresponding buttons on the Summary tab. Below are explanations for those buttons and/or links to articles detailing the functions of each:

The Transactions tab provides a list of all historical transaction for a homeowners history. This information is also what homeowner's see on their Portal, as well as what appears on Statements and merge tags (Such as Collections Breakdown).
Transaction History Report - Run and Download a Homeowner Transaction History Report for the owner
Vantaca has the ability to bill Utility charges such as Water or Electric. The Utilities tab shows the charges, rates, and meter readings from any utility billing that exists for this homeowner.
By clicking the New Utilities Charge button, you can manually add Utility charges. The transaction chosen must exist on the Association > Assessment page. The All Properties tab provides a summary of charge types for all properties owned by a homeowner. This is useful when homeowner own multiple properties within an association, or in multiple different associations. Use the drill in function to expand or collapse a property view. Quickly navigate to another property owned by the same owner by clicking one of the Select buttons.
The Accelerate tab is used for accelerating an owners scheduled assessments. You can use this to pre-post a specific charge for a homeowner for the year. Just check the box next to the charge you wish to post for and then click the "Post Acceleration" button to post the charge for the remainder of the year to this owners ledger. It will post as a lump sum charge as of the day you post the acceleration.
The Bankruptcy tab is used for viewing any open bankruptcy action items for that owner. To enter a bankruptcy for an owner, you can use the following link: How to Enter a Bankruptcy
The Audit tab is used to audit all charges, payments, or adjustments that occur on an owners ledger. You can edit or delete the items from this screen on the far right.
*Note - Not all users will have access to the Audit tab. Talk to your system administrator if you believe you should have these permissions.
